Most of the colours are very bright/saturated that leads to a lack of focus point. The lighter colours (i.e. tiffany blue, pink and yellow) also do not help define the form, showing which part pops up and has light hit on.

I do not like the composition since the woman is cropped in a strange way that now the neck is being focused on. There is a lack of interest in the subject even though the value gradation is interesting.

Due to the larger proportion of birds, it distracts the audience from the human face. And the foreground and background are not linked well through the cast shadows of birds that makes the drawing look like two separated layers.
